What the tour includes
A private meeting with representatives of the development companies, covering the location, the surrounding area, the investment case and the maintenance arrangements. Their representative presents the relevant properties and gives you professional background on the company and the scheme, all with us beside you and with full interpretation. We collect you from your hotel as a VIP service and stay with you throughout.
Personal and transparent
We do not push and we do not sell. The tour exists so you can genuinely assess the options, and the decision stays entirely in your hands. Our aim is that you decide from a position of full information, confidence and first hand knowledge of the ground.
Costs and transparency
There is no buyer commission, as is standard practice in Cyprus. The commission is paid by the developer. A registration fee of โฌ100 to โฌ200 is paid in advance as a commitment deposit, and is offset against the purchase price should you go ahead.
