This is held in the company’s database in order to provide the service, to support you through a purchase and to send marketing updates, subject to your consent.
- Lawful basis for processing: Processing is based on your explicit consent, on the necessity of performing a contract, and on the company’s legitimate interests in providing and securing a professional service.
- Sharing information with third parties: Your details will not be passed to third parties for advertising purposes. As part of delivering the service, and in accordance with your consent, your details will be shared with representatives of the development and property companies we introduce you to, for the purpose of sourcing, presenting and arranging suitable properties, and with other professionals required to complete a transaction (such as developers, lawyers, or coordination with our in house designer for improvement work), in every case subject to the protections required by law.
- International transfers: Because the properties are located in Cyprus, information may be transferred between Israel and the European Union under appropriate legal safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Under Israeli law and European Union regulation, you are entitled to the following:

- Right to rectification and erasure: To ask us to correct inaccurate information or to erase your details permanently from the database (the right to be forgotten).
