Ety Ifergan is the in house designer at O.C Real Estate Cyprus, responsible for turning our clients’ vision into something designed and genuinely moving to walk into. She brings deep experience, a sharp professional eye and a real passion for creating spaces that inspire.

Ety’s expertise lies in guiding and designing luxury properties, with an emphasis on meticulous planning that gives clients peace of mind throughout. She stays with buyers from the earliest planning stage down to the smallest detail, making sure every design decision serves the final purpose: a home shaped around the needs, the taste and the aspirations of the people who will live in it.

Ety trained as an interior designer at the ORT school and is a certified feng shui consultant, with more than 20 years in design, 15 of them in interiors and residential project work. As the founder and former director of Zeus Kitchens, she brings considerable experience in managing and delivering complex projects, from the idea through to the last detail on site, and specialises in luxury villas, developer apartments and renovations.
