1. General and terms of use
- The nature of the information: The information presented on this site is provided as a public service and is for information only. It should not be treated as legal, financial or planning advice, nor as a binding offer to sell. Any investment decision should be made only after individual assessment with the relevant professionals.
- Intellectual property: All copyright in this site, including text, images, design sketches by our in house designer and trade marks, belongs exclusively to O.C Real Estate Cyprus. Content may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.
2. Privacy policy (in accordance with Amendment 13 to the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and with the GDPR)

- Information we collect: When you submit a contact form we collect personal information: name, phone number and email, as well as any details you choose to share. This information is used to provide our service, to support you through the purchase process and to send marketing updates, subject to your consent.
- Legal basis for processing: Your explicit consent, the need to perform our engagement with you, and our legitimate interest in providing and securing a professional service.
- Sharing with developers and construction companies: Your details are not passed to third parties for advertising. As part of our service, your details are shared with developers and construction companies in Cyprus in order to coordinate viewings of properties. They may also be passed to professionals needed to complete a transaction, such as lawyers and our in house designer, always subject to the protections required by law.
- International transfers: As the properties are located in Cyprus, information may be transferred between Israel and the European Union under appropriate legal safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Data retention: Your information is kept for 5 years from your last enquiry or engagement with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
- Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
3. Tools we use
To operate the site, measure its use and market our services, we use the following tools:
- Google Analytics (Google): statistical measurement of site usage. Active only after you consent to cookies.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): campaign measurement and ad personalisation on Facebook and Instagram. Active only after you consent to cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): a communication channel, when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- Hostinger: website hosting and email services.
- Rank Math and Google Search Console: site management and search engine optimisation, without collecting personally identifiable information.

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work and, subject to your consent, analytics and marketing cookies.
- Necessary cookies: required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. No consent is required.
